From February 27th to March 1st Norvic Shipping held its annual Global Operations meeting in Singapore. Operators from all of our offices, as well as executive and senior management, converged to discuss key issues in the sector. Some issues discussed were strategies to handle difficult cargoes and ports, improving current processes, and how to better serve our clients.
This event gave a chance for operators to meet and share their experiences working in different areas of the world. It also allowed management to discuss important future events, such as the IMO 2020 sulfur cap, and how operators will strategize a plan for success.
The meeting also included team bonding activities, including a boat ride in Marina Bay as well as a group dinner.
